Noreena Jasper begins as soft, unformed sediment. Over time, as silica moves through it, it is changed completely, becoming solid, structured, and defined. The pressure is part of what creates it.

PROCESS

The chainwork in this piece was designed and built by hand through a process of deconstruction and reconstruction. Existing chain is broken down and reworked link by link, then rebuilt into something entirely new.

It is slow, precise work that cannot be rushed. Each connection is opened, shaped, and closed by hand with close attention to tension, spacing, and movement.

That process mirrors the heart of the KINESARA COLLECTION itself: being broken down, sitting in it, and choosing to rebuild. Not into what was, but into something entirely new.
