*COVID-19 Shipping Update: Orders will be shipped once a week in good practice of social distancing. You can expect your order to be shipped 5-7 business days after purchasing. Due to the COVID-19 postal services worldwide has been experiencing delays so please be patient during these times.


Returns and Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This also pertains to the cancellation of any order so please purchase responsibly. However we're willing to offer exchanges or store credit depending on the situation. If we made an error on our part please contact us within within 7 days so we can resolve the issue.


Rest Assured, Your Order Has Shipping Insurance

Shipsurance offers fast and reliable refunds on damaged and lost packages. Insurance claim refunds are typically issued within 7 days. Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or you believe your package may be lost so we can file a claim to provide a full refund. Shipsurance often request internal and external photos of the shipping box so please DO NOT throw it away.


Damaged and Lost Items

If your item(s) arrive damaged please DO NOT dispose of the shipping box. In addition, you MUST keep the item(s) in the same condition as it was received. All orders are fully insured with Shipsurance and as protocol they often request internal and external photos of the box. Upon contacting us please send a clear photo of the damaged item along with photos of the inside and outside of the shipping box so we can file a claim. If you believe your package is lost please contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can file a claim as well.



If possible, we will repair any minor damages free of charge. Damaged items deemed not minor may be subject to a repair fee after assessment. You will be responsible for all shipping costs for all repairs. 

Jewelry Care

All of our jewelry starting from March 1, 2020 has been sealed with a top coat to preserved the metal from oxidation and tarnish. This is also beneficial to sensitive skin types. To assure that your jewelry is cared for properly please store your individual pieces separately in a air-tight bag or pouch. Do not clean your jewelry with anything abrasive as this can result in damaging the protective coat. Contact us if your top coating becomes damaged and we'll reapply it for you free of charge. You'll be responsible for all shipping fees in this case.

Standard Processing Time

Orders ship within 5-7 business days after purchase with the exception of pre-sale items and custom orders.


Presale Items Processing Time

Please read the description of all items before purchasing to know if it is a presale item. Presale items ship within 1-4 weeks after purchase.


Custom Orders Processing Time

Custom orders ship within 4-8 weeks after purchase.

USA Domestic Shipping 

We use USPS First-Class Mail which typically arrive 1-3 business days once the order has been shipped. However, we cannot guarantee USPS delivery dates. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped via email.All orders are shipped fully insured as well.

International shipping

We use USPS First-Class Package International Service which generally arrives within 7-21 days. However, I cannot guarantee USPS delivery dates. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped via email. All orders are shipped fully insured as well. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes upon delivery. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. In addition, I will not mark any international packages as "gifts" on customs forms as this is illegal.

Labradorite is the stone of magic and is greatly admired for its optical phenomena known as Labradorescence. This is when light enters the stone and reflects back to the observer a display of colors. With Labradorite it's all about the play of color when light flashes through it.

I like to capture the best of my stones so it is possible to see the same color flash as seen in the photos in good lighting. Please know that without any light reflecting through the stone it will be gray in color. This is the case for all Labradorite stones. Try viewing the stone under a light source and you will see the play of colors. 

The colors seen on Labradorite are deep within the stone, not on the surface. Depending on the light source, the flash on a labradorite stone will vary drastically. Sometimes the flash is more vibrant from a frontal view or from an angle. Every stone is unique and differs from the next. 

Depending on how it lays on the chest of the wearer and the direction of the light source, it will vary in color as well. There are several factors that will alter the flash which include but isn't limited to the time of day for sunlight, type of lighting whether it's natural or artificial, and the angle at which it's being viewed by the observer. 

It's important to have realistic expectations prior to purchasing labradorite jewelry. In order to understand this you must be knowledgeable about the stone.
