KINESARA began with transformation. With being broken down, sitting in what remained, and slowly choosing what to build from there.

Part II continues that story from somewhere different.

These pieces came from movement, curiosity, and allowing things to change without needing to force them back into one fixed form. Some shift in the way they are worn. Others move differently across the body. Each one continues the same practice of taking something apart, following where it wants to go, and building from there.

Transformation is still at the heart of KINESARA. This time, there is more wonder in it.

KOMOREBI

Labradorite, Garnet, and Amethyst Hand Harness

The name comes from the Japanese komorebi, sunlight filtering through trees.

This is one of the largest and most technically ambitious rings I have made. A nearly four-inch labradorite spans the hand, with a hinged construction that allows the piece to move with the body rather than remain fixed. Two amethysts and a garnet are worked into the design, adding another layer to an already monumental piece.

The chainmail is woven from thick-gauge stainless steel rings, offering exceptional strength while still maintaining its elegance.

Designed with flexibility and durability in mind, this piece easily adapts to your hand size thanks to its adjustable design.

The hand chain is extremely sturdy and can withstand full range movement comfortably, making it as functional as it is stunning.

PROCESS

KINESARA begins by taking something apart.

Existing chains are deconstructed by hand and rebuilt link by link into entirely new forms. With Part II, I allowed that process to become more experimental, letting movement, function, and the way each piece lives on the body become part of the design itself.

The work is slow and deliberate. Every connection is opened, shaped, and closed by hand, carrying something of what it once was while becoming something new.

Please keep your jewelry as dry as possible and remove it before showering, swimming, bathing, or submerging it in water.
